Sunday, August 24th, 2008 Well a few months ago I blogged abut my son who survived BUDS. The Navy Seal Training. Well after BUDS there are 4 more months of advanced training he needed to make it through to receive the Navy Seal Trident. So many men have tried to get the Trident. So few have made it. Out of the original 247 that started with the class only 30 made it all the way through to receive the Trident. So I thought the day Travis made it through BUDS was a big day. The day he got his Trident pinned on him was even bigger. Well this past Friday was that day. His graduation was Friday morning. It was such an amazing day watching your son accomplish what he has been working towards for years. I am so proud of him. It is crazy to know that your son has survived the toughest program in the military.
He was in class 267. Here are the Tridents before they were pinned.

Here is Travis with one of his classmates.

The start of the ceremony.

Travis getting his Trident pinned. This is such a huge moment for him.

It’s still hard to believe my son is officially a Navy Seal.

Travis with my stepson Matt. Matt thinks it’s so cool that his brother is a Navy Seal.

I will never forget this day. It was so emotional. It really is such an emotional moment seeing your child accomplish such a big goal in his life. And to do it at such a young age. He is only 20.

Sunday, August 24th, 2008 I’m falling way behind on blogging my weddings. Which is typical for me this time of year. This week I hope to catch up.
I’m been excited to blog this wedding. Jennifer & Neil had a two day event. Day one was an Indian Ceremony with day two being the American Ceremony. It was a blast.
Day One

They had some fun entertainment on day one

Day two tok place at The Marriott Fashion Island in Newport Beach. The day was coordinated by Jennifer Johnson of OC’s Finest I always love working with Jennifer.
The flowers for the day were done by Flower Allie
When I arrived Jennifer was getting the final touched before she put on the dress. She was in the amazing hands of Carina of Flawless Faces Inc.

Everybody was very excited for the big day.

Jennifer’s Grandma was so happy.

I always love the first sight

Thursday, August 21st, 2008 I don’t do many posts about these shoots. But that is going to change. I have had such an amazing response to these sessions. I just have to start sharing what an amazing gift this is for that special someone in your life. In fact I’ve created a new website just dedicated to For His Eye’s Only images.
Be sure to check it out.
www.forhiseyesonly.com
It still needs a little fine tuning. I just couldn’t wait any longer to share it. It’s not only for my brides to be. It’s also for all you married woman out there looking for that perfect gift for your man. It’s even for the women out there that just want to do it as a gift for themselves.
I have an amazing set up for these shoots. My wife’s dress shop makes the perfect backdrop for the many of these images. Then I’ve also added another shooting area on the top floor of my studio. As you will see in the examples below. So stay tuned for new images being added to the website weekly. Once the gift is given to that special someone I can post images from the shoot.
If you have any questions about these shots please give the studio a call. You can talk to Michelle or Tiana at my studio. They will answer all your questions. We also have an amazing girl to refer you for makeup. Carina from Flawless Faces. She has done the makeup for so many of these shoots for me. Everybody loves her.
Here are a couple images from a recent shoot. She gave the gift to her man last weekend. I’m sure he was thrilled. It was for their 5 year anniversary.
These area taken on the 2nd floor of my studio

This is a couple shots from the dress shop. I wanted to show off the bed we added to the dress shop. My wife made an amazing headboard for the bed. It works so well for the shoots.
