Saturday I got to hang out in Laguna Beach again. I guess if you have to work on Memorial Weekend Laguna Beach is a good place to be.

I started the weekend off in Laguna Beach. Laguna is always a great place to start off the weekend.
Tenely looked amazing. She had a great girl doing her makeup.

I had to include some reception images. Peter Merry of Merry Weddings was the one in charge of entertainment. So this always means a blast of a reception. He had everyone laughing all night.

Memorial weekend was a long weekend of weddings. I had 4 weddings to shoot. Friday,Saturday,Sunday and Monday. It was such a blast shooting all these weddings. I wish I could always shoot 4+ weddings a week. I never get worn out from shooting weddings. The more I do the more fired up I get about shooting them.
I hope to get them all blogged this week. I better get to it.

Another one of my weddings this weekend was at The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Beach. I’ve really been looking forward to this wedding for a long time. Eunice is so much fun. Everytime I talked to her she would always crack me up. Eunice and Reid are so great. They had a small intimate wedding at The Ritz. It was a great day.
Today I got to work with a coordinator I had never worked with. She was great. I can’t believe this was the first time that we crossed paths. She was so easy going all day. I loved it. I know the bride did also. Her name is Kendra with Prima Events. Be sure to check her out.
The flowers were done by the girls at Flair Event and Floral.

One of my weddings this weekend was at The Turnip Rose. Of course it was a perfect day. Everbody on the Turnip Rose staff always does such an amazing job.

I’ve being doing a ton of these sessions over the last few months. I’ve just been waiting to show them off. I have to wait until after the wedding date. I don’t want to spoil the surprise. I make a beautiful album out of the images from these sessions. They are such a hit with the grooms. Ray thanked me as soon as he saw me on the wedding day. He loved it.
Now that Chelsea’s day has past I can show off a couple images from her fun shoot. We did something different for her shoot. They love to go fly fishing together. So we thought it would be great to do a shoot to refelect that. They love the outdoors. So we hung out in the mountains for a few hours.
Isn’t this what all the girls wear while fly fishing.

So keep these shoots in mind brides they make great gifts. Even if yoou’re already married. They are perfect for anniversaries.

Last weekend I had a great time shooting. My friend Mark Cafiero was in town from Colorado. So he came along on the wedding to second shoot. We had a great time.

We started the day off in Fullerton. The reception took place down on the Balboa Penninsula.
The flowers are by Flowers By Stacey. This is my 2nd weekend in a row working with them. Back to back great jobs.
In fact I was working with all the same vendors from last weeks wedding. The Plug Video team. Which are always great to work with. Also Dustin from Generations Entertainment. Many of my couples love working with Dustin or Pete from Generations.

We di sneek out after dinner for a couple shots on the beach. I wanted to wait for the perfect light before we headed to the beach. it was worth the wait.

Another beautiful day in Laguna Beach. The light was so nice in Laguna on this shoot. We had a blast as always. I had a great friend of mine Mark Cafiero in town from Colorado. He grabbed a couple of shots of me in action with his Cannon G7.

On Cinco De Mayo I was shooting Heather & Eric at The Turnip Rose. One of my favorite locations. It was a great day. This was Chrissy’s wedding at The Turnip Rose. She did an amazing job as always. I also got to work with some more great vendors. The Plug Video Team did a great job on videography. Dustin from Generations Entertainment was also great. The florist from the event was Flowers by Stacey. I’ve just recently getting to work with her more often. She does great work. I know the bride loved everything she did.

It was a very fun Cinco De Mayo. I wouldn’t of wanted to spend it anywhere else.

I’m already falling behind with my blogging and the busy season is just getting started. The day after I returned from Napa I had a wedding at The Hyatt Newporter. Sarah works in the catering department at The Hyatt Huntington Beach. So I was so excited that she wanted me to shoot her wedding.
