This wedding took place at a Rancho Capistrano. This is a really beautiful location in Orange County. It’s a hidden gem in my opinion. There are so many great places to shoot.

June has been a very crazy month so far. I’m shooting a total of 12 weddings this month. So I’ll be running behind with blogging. I’m having a blast shooting though. That’s what I love about wedding season. I get to shoot weddings every weekend. I love it.

I started my month of June off at Rancho Capistrano. Rancho in my opinion is a hidden gem of a location in Orange County. It has such beautiful grounds.

Time to catch up on blogging.
The last wedding I shot in May was on Memorial Day. My bride Tayyiba plays for the USA Volleyball team. She had to plan most of her wedding while traveling all over the world playing for the USA team. She did an amazing job pulling it all together. Her Husband Anthony is also a very busy man. He’s a pilot in the armed services. So these two have very busy lives.

My wife stole me away for a couple of days this week. Monday was my birthday so she said I had to take a couple days off. I normally never take days off during the busy season. Stephanie said I had no choice. I have managed to sneak in a little work. I promise to be caught up on all my wedding blogging by the end of this weekend.

Since we only had a couple of days free we had to make our getaway close. We headed to Sedona AZ. This is such a beautiful place. We found such a beautiful place to stay at. It’s one of my new favorite places.

The rooms are over the top. As you will see. They make you a gormet breakfast every morning. They even have an option to have a private chef make you dinner and each course is delivered to your room by the chef. So we had to try this on my Monday for my birthday. The food was amazing.

While here we also have had so much fun mountain biiking and 4 wheel driving. Mountain Biking is our new favorite outdoor activity. This is the first time Stephanie and I have mountain biked together. We had such a blast. Especially when you get to bike in such an amazing place like Sedona.
We plan on doing much more of this in the future.

Our first activity was mountain biking in the beautiful redrock.

Day 2 we headed out for another ride. Today we really went for it. We did a 4 hour ride. It was hot today. We did have something to look forward to on our ride today. Towards hthe end of our ride was a creek to jump into. By the time we finally arrived at the creek we couldn’t wait to jump in.

Our little getaway ended today. Time to get back to work.

I first met Nasim when I shot her sister Sahar’s wedding. Now it’s her turn to get married. I’m so excited to be a part of her wedding. Her family is so great. I know we are going to have a blast working together. By the way the engagement session went I can tell we are on track for so much fun.
