Well I thought I should give everybody an update how Family Tree is going. I couldn’t be happier. First off I want to THANK all my wedding couples that have made it down to Costco to purchase one of our family sessions. I really believe that this is such  great way to go for all families in need of family portraits. We’ve made it so simple. For those that are not familiar with Family Tree let me update you. I had the opportunity to become a partner in this amazing company that offers family portrait sessions at a location of your choice. The best part about the deal is that you will own your images. Not just straight out of the camera images. Actually photoshop enhanced images. Not only will you get a great color version of each image. You also get a beautiful black and white and sepia version of each file. With these files you can make beautiful prints right at Costco for amazing prices. No more reprints to buy from you family sessions. The normal sitting fee for this is $439. For all Costco members the price drops to an amazing $299. No hidden charges. For $299 you get a family portrait session at a location of your choice and a few weeks later you will get a CD in the mail with all the enhanced images. More exciting news is that Costco is just as excited about this as we are. I made a trip up to Seattle last week with my partner Mark Cafiero. That is where Costco Corporate is located. We had an amazing meeting. It is such a great feeling when you have such a respected company such as Costco as excited about our product as you are. They see the potential in what we are trying to achieve. We want to be able to offer amazing family portrait sessions that a family can afford and have them also be able to own their images. We have found a way to make it work.

They gave us 4 stores to prove ourselves before they opened us up to more stores. Well the day after our meeting they offered us 11 more stores right out of the gate and many more to come. I will be sure to keep everybody updated on the next location. I will have a post to cover where will be over the next 30 days very soon.

Please tell all your friends and family. This is the perfect time to get your family portrait session locked in before the holidays. Just pop into the store purchase the session and you can schedule the sitting date at anytime. You don’t have to pick a date at time of purchase. They never expire.
